Chef Zach Pollack, previously of Italian restaurant veteran Alimento, presents unforgettable high-quality pizzas at this relaxed table-service restaurant in East L.A. The menu has a selection of classic chewy round pies and a handful of square Sicilian-style options, all of which are complemented by a solid selection of creative antipasti, colorful salads, and imported wines.
🍕 What to order: Sorry Italians, but we love the Hawaiiana (tomato, Canadian bacon, pineapple, onion, jalapeño, and mozzarella)… the jalapeños give it such a nice kick! Otherwise, try the Biancoverde (ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, basil, and chili oil).
